Amalgamation of Williamson Tea Assam Ltd. with McLeod Russel India Limited:

 

McLeod Russel India Ltd. shall, in consideration of the amalgamation, issue and allot to the shareholders of Williamson Tea Assam Ltd. in the ratio of THREE new Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each credited as fully paid up of McLeod Russel India Ltd. for every ONE Equity Share of Rs.10/- each held in Williamson Tea Assam Ltd.
