Re: Cancellation of SEBI Registration of Sri Pradeep

Members are hereby informed that in exercise of powers conferred upon SEBI in terms of Section 19 of SEBI Act,1992 read with Regulation 13(4) of the said Regulations, SEBI has cancelled the certificate of registration of Sri Pradeep Kumar Bansal, a member of Calcutta Stock Exchange, Inter Connected Stock Exchange and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange, SEBI Regn.Nos.INB030859814, INB240859810 and INB100859813 respectively with effect from 19^th July,2006. However, as per the records of the Exchange the said member is already under suspension of trading in this Exchange with effect from 24^th July,2003.
