Re: Submission of Audit Report for the financial year 2004-05

Members' attention is invited to the Exchange's notices dated 19^th September, 2005 and 21^st October, 2005, for submission of Audit Report for the Financial year 2004-05 along with other details. It appears from the records of the Exchange that some members have not yet submitted their Audit Report along with the required documents till date.

In view of the above, members are hereby advised to submit the Audit Report for the year 2004-05 along with other documents as per earlier notices in this regard to the Surveillance Department of the Exchange within 5^th May, 2006.

Members may note that in case of failure to submit the Audit Report within the specified date TWS of the concerned member shall be switched off. Thereafter members have to submit their Audit Reports along with the required documents and a fine of Rs. 10,000/-.
