It is hereby informed that as per the
Order No. WTM/GA/29/1SD/11/05 dated 30th November 2005 of SEBI:
a)
The

the SEBI’s aforesaid order have been directed not to buy, sell or deal in securities
in any manner either directly or indirectly and accordingly they have been
