Further to the
Exchange's Notice dated 27.12.2004 in connection with the above, Members are
hereby given the final opportunity to submit the Audit Reports (in original)
for the years ended 2000-01, 2001-02 & 2002-03 along-with the prescribed
documents and fines as shown in the following table by 4.30pm of 07.03.2005.

TWS of the members failing to submit the Audit
Reports etc. by the date prescribed as above, will be deactivated on 07.03.2005
at 4:30pm without any further notice.
The Audit Reports
with accompanying documents and fines are to be submitted to the Surveillance
department of the Exchange only.
