NOTICE

This is to bring to the notice of brokers and investors that the certificates of registration no INB030879337, INB230769433, INB200769439 and INB0107949 granted to C.Mackertich Ltd (code 25) have been suspended by SEBI under section 4(3) of the SEBI Act read with Regulation 13(4) of the said Regulation, so long as the notification issued by custodian against Shri Ajay Kayan in terms of section 3(2) of Special Court (trial of offences relating to transactions in securities) Act 1992 subsists. The order dated 20^th January 2005 shall come into force from 10^th February 2005.
