Members are hereby informed
that SEBI vide its letter No. MIRSD/Fee Cell/AK/48297 dated 30th
August 2005 SEBI has advised the Exchange to inform the members of the Exchange
who are liable to pay fees for the year 2005-06 based on turnover of 2004-05 or
first/second block of five year fees, as applicable, on or before the due date
i.e. October 01, 2005.
Members are further informed
that those who are liable to pay fees for the year 2005-06 fails to pay the fee
payable, if any, for 2005-06 by 1st October 2005, they shall be
liable to pay interest on the outstanding amount as per the SEBI Regulations
and shall also be liable for appropriate enforcement action as permissible
under the SEBI Act and the Regulations framed there under.
