NOTICE
Members
are hereby informed that inspite of several reminders, some of the members have
not submitted the Audit Report alongwith the necessary documents as required by
the Government of India Circular No F/1/5/SE/83 dated 31.03.84 read with Sebi
Circular SMD- II(N)/22718/ 93 dt 27.10.93
and the Exchange notice dated 13.08.04. The matter has also come to the
notice of the Disciplinary Action Sub Committee and it has taken a serious view
of the above violation.
It
has been decided that fines at following rates shall be imposed for delayed
submission of Audit Reports in respect of the years as indicated below w.e.f.
dates mentioned against each year:

The
above is to be complied with by members by 28.02.05. Failure to submit the
required Audit Report for the years 2000-01, 2001-02 & 2002-03 by that date
will attract deactivation of TWS and the matter shall be referred to the
Disciplinary Action Sub Committee for further action. Failure to submit report
for 2003-04 by 28.02.05 shall attract penalty of Rs1000/= per month,
thereafter, chargeable on the first day of every month following till 31.01.06
whereafter it will attract deactivation of TWS with violation referred to
Disciplinary Action Subcommittee for further action
