It is hereby informed that as per the Order dated March 31, 2004 passed by the Chairman, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in exercise of power under Section 4(3) read with Regulation 13(4) of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry officer and Imposing Penalty), Regulations, 2002, the Certificates of Registration of - i) N H Securities Ltd. and ii) Classic Shares & Stock Broking Services Ltd., have been cancelled.
