Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 14^th June, 2002 received from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata changing the name of the Company from “RAMESWARA TRANSPORT  LTD.” to “RTL LOGISTICS LTD.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
