The Calcutta Stock Exchange is looking for a dynamic, result oriented executive with entrepreneurial flair for the post of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who can propel the century old institution to a growth path in the post Demutualisation scenario. The candidate should have good academic background with CA/CS/ICWA or MBA from a reputed institute and experience of atleast 15 years in a responsible position in financial institutions/banks/reputed corporate houses. The preferred age 40 to 50 years. Compensation package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and shall not be a constraint for the deserving candidate. The appointment shall be subject to approval of SEBI. The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited is on the look out for a Manager (Law)

Eligibility: Applicant should preferably be in the age group of 35 to 40 years with a degree in Law from a renowned institution having 10 years experience in corporate laws and sound knowledge in court procedures. Candidates would be required to oversee various civil and criminal cases for the Exchange. Knowledge of computer and system based work experience is essential. Candidate should be proficient in drafting Plaint, Written Statement, Petition, A/O, A/R etc. He must work in close interaction with the Exchange Solicitors.

Salary: CTC - Rs.4 to 5 Lacs per annum. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
