Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received one letter dt. 2^nd August 2011 from U.P. Stock Exchange Ltd. and one Notice dated 26^th May 2011 from The Gauhati Stock Exchange Ltd. intimating that Sri Ashok Kumar Jain has been declared defaulter from the above exchanges. Claims are being invited from the members against Sri Ashok Kumar Jain, Director of M/s.Stenly Securities Limited. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 29^th August 2011.
