Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 8th May, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Masantoshi International  Ltd.” to “Sunshine Housecon Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
