Members are hereby informed that Sri S. K. Kaushik and Sri Binay Kumar Agarwal, shareholder’s representatives on the Empowered Committee of the Exchange would like to meet the members on Wednesday, the 1^st august, 2007 at 4.30 PM in the Trading Hall of the Exchange to appraise members about the progress of Demutualisation/Divestment of the Exchange.
