          It is hereby informed that as per the Order dated December 16, 2003 passed by the Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India under regulation 13(4) of SEBI (Procedure for holding enquiry by enquiry officer and imposing penalty)  Regulations, 2002 the registration of M/s. Rama Securities Pvt. Ltd , having SEBI Registration No. INB031017730 has been suspended by SEBI for a period of six months with effect from January 6, 2004 till July 5, 2004.
